You have received an email invitation from “emlyon business school <notifications@eventmaker.io>”; this invitation is under your own personal name and is non-transferable. In this email there will be a link to open the registration form. If you haven’t received your invitation yet, please send an email to events@em-lyon.com.
There is a limited number of guests per graduate : 2 people maximum per graduate so that everyone can attend the ceremony in the best possible conditions.
In your confirmation email, you can change your information by clicking on the button “change my information”. You can then access your registration form.
Upon arrival at the site, you will pick up your graduation uniform consisting of a hat, robe and scarf upon presentation of your ID. At the end of the ceremony, you will have the opportunity to purchase the gown and/or hat. The scarf will be offered to you.
If you attend your graduation ceremony, you will retrieve your diploma at a dedicated booth during the cocktail.
If you cannot attend your graduation ceremony, the Student Services Center will email you the detailed process of how to obtain your diploma after the ceremony.
You will be able to watch the ceremony live via a streaming link which will be sent to all graduates a week prior to the event. You can transfer the link to those of your friends and families who are unable to come in person.
